Piper is an approximately 5 month old Vizsla (female) in Sit Up N Listen Dog Training 2-week Board and Train Program. This is Day 12 in her program.
Piper practiced her off leash skills of recall, sit, wait and place. Then she enjoyed chewing on some sticks and playing with her purple kick ball.
She visited a restaurant and shopping center. Heel and Sit were the order of the day. Street and stair manners were fine tuned in this urban environment.
Later she visited two local parks for distraction training with walkers, joggers, bikers, skateboarders, dogs, and other environmental distractions.
Also, in this video is off leash directional place in a home environment.
Please follow Piper's manners training journey over the next two weeks to see her increase her distance, duration, and overcome distractions (birds, dogs, squirrels, etc.) to stay on task.
